Bold N Society, a French nonprofit founded in 2024, believes that respect is not something children simply learn on their own. It must be taught, nurtured, and experienced from an early age. Guided by this vision, the organization advances human rights education by creating engaging, age-appropriate educational resources that help children understand the universal values of dignity, equality, and respect.
Human rights are far more than legal principles. They are universal values that teach every child that every person has equal dignity, deserves equal respect, and has both rights and responsibilities.
To bring this vision to life, Bold N Society launched the 1 Billion Kids campaign, an ambitious global initiative to help one billion children discover the principles of respect through human rights education.
Through The Guardians of Human Rights book, educational films, classroom resources, and partnerships with schools and institutions around the world, the organization makes these universal values accessible to children regardless of where they are born.

The Guardians of Human Rights
Its flagship project, The Guardians of Human Rights, is an educational book designed to introduce children to the 30 fundamental human rights through storytelling, history, and engaging illustrations.
Rather than presenting human rights as abstract legal concepts, the book explains them in a simple, inspiring, and age-appropriate way, helping children understand that every right is also an invitation to respect themselves and others.
To make this resource accessible worldwide, the book is being translated into 30 languages, with the ambition of reaching children across every continent.
The book is available in both printed and digital editions, allowing schools, families, and organizations, including those with limited resources, to access high-quality educational content regardless of their location.
Bringing Human Rights to Life
Learning doesn’t stop with reading. Bold N Society organizes educational workshops in schools to help children explore these values through discussion, creativity, and participation.
Today, it is developing the next stage of this educational journey: a series of 30 short educational videos, each dedicated to one of the 30 human rights presented in the book.
Designed for classrooms, educational institutions, and digital platforms, these videos will explain each right in a clear, engaging, and accessible way, making it easier for teachers, parents, and educators to introduce these concepts to children everywhere.
Together, the book and the videos will create a complete educational toolkit that can be used in schools and communities around the world.
