Founded by Benjamin Hamon, Pocket Lyrique is a professional company whose aim is to create and produce new operas.
The Company presents itself as an artists’ workshop. In order to explore new areas of composition and invention for its productions, it brings together various experienced artists such as composers, authors, visual artists, video makers and choreographers.
Pocket Lyrique also carries out actions to sensitize new audiences, especially young people. In collaboration with elementary, middle and high schools, Pocket Lyrique organizes workshops to present works, directly involving children and teenagers in the creative process.
With their contributions, US donors can support the creation of new lyrical works, the organization of live performances and educational activities in collaboration with concert halls, festivals and educational institutions.
