Founded in 2018, Med’EqualiTeam is an independent humanitarian organization committed to promoting equitable access to primary healthcare for the most vulnerable populations. Our approach is medical, human-centered, and sustainable, rooted in the fundamental belief that no one should be denied access to healthcare. Our work is volunteer-based, with medics, translators, and coordinators coming from all over the world to our projects.
We work to reduce barriers to healthcare faced by vulnerable populations—geographical, financial, linguistic, and structural barriers—while supporting strained local health systems. We adapt our approach to maximize impact: delivering services through mobile clinics when communities are spread across multiple locations, or establishing fixed medical clinics when a sustained presence in one location serves the greatest need. This flexibility allows us to respond effectively as situations evolve.
We have successfully operated both mobile and fixed medical clinics across multiple countries. We are currently operating a mobile medical unit in Northern Greece for displaced and vulnerable people, and are launching a mission in Lebanon, serving the different communities in a region facing significant humanitarian challenges.
Our core activities include:

Our approach combines medical care, health education, and empowerment, in a spirit of concrete and sustainable solidarity.
Your support will help us maintain and expand our volunteer-driven healthcare programs across both Greece and Lebanon, with the flexibility to establish the most effective care model for each context. Your tax-deductible gifts can support:
We take pride in our sustainable approach—since 2018, we have maintained continuous operations while adapting to meet the evolving needs of the communities we serve. Thank you for standing with us.
