CAF World Giving Insights: French & American giving last year—and going further together in 2026
As the year draws to a close, we take a closer look at how French and American generosity has evolved last year. In partnership with
Hameaux Légers supports the emergence of projects for the creation of very affordable rural eco-districts made with reversible housing (which can be dismantled without impacting the soil).
The organization has created “the reversible housing digital portal”, a website rich in open-source content in order to promote and share with all stakeholders in society (general public, local authorities, professionals, associations) their work and action on reversible housing and its exceptional performance in terms of finance and ecology.
US donors can support the development and maintenance of this website, as well as the building and development of an “eco-centre” in Evran, Brittany, in order to promote and display a variety of ecological and reversible housing (tiny houses, yurts, maison nomade, earth-straw), but also to organize trainings on eco-living, self-building and collaborative project development.
