Since its founding over 60 years ago, GOBELINS has established itself as a world leader in animation education, offering programs across all image-related fields—from design to production in its various forms (still, animated, interactive, 3D) and at multiple levels. GOBELINS is committed to nurturing emerging talent across its five areas of expertise and ensuring equal access to opportunities for all students.
Each year, GOBELINS welcomes around 1,200 students–40% of whom are apprentices–as well as approximately 1,500 professionals in continuing education programs. Learners engage in a wide range of disciplines including photography, video, print and multimedia communications, animation, graphic design, and video games.
GOBELINS offers comprehensive training across all image-related fields through five distinct programs: Animated Cinema, Graphic and Motion Design, Photography and Video, Web and Mobile Design, and Video Games. Each program combines traditional coursework with hands-on experience through practical workshops led by industry professionals, as well as real-world case studies that reflect the demands of today’s creative industries.
Donations to GOBELINS will be used to fund the scholarship program, and ensure equal access to opportunities for all students, hence increasing social diversity and universal access to trainings.
