Since 2012, at the initiative of chef Thierry Marx, the Cuisine Mode d’Emploi(s) ® schools- managed by the Panorama Etudes Formations Conseils association – offer adults in a situation of integration, reintegration or professional retraining, to integrate a training course in the catering trades.
These short courses, free for the beneficiaries, qualifying and immediately operational, combine training and employment in the fields of cooking, baking and catering service. And it works!
4,600 trainees have been integrated, more than 90% of whom find employment or find the path to employment. Cuisine Mode d’Emploi(s) ® has 9 schools in 2023 on the national territory, itinerant training courses, and will open its 10th school in Pau this year.
US donors can support free short qualifying trainings in the field of the restaurant industry, for people in precarious situations with little or no contact with the work world, as well as contribute to fund free professional clothing and kitchen utensils for each person benefiting from these trainings.
