Fondation de France was appointed by the French government as one of four authorized organizations to collect funds for the restoration of Notre-Dame Cathedral.

Since the fund was established, Fondation de France has raised over $30 million from 11,000 donors. Phase 1, which includes the restoration and conservation work on the cathedral, its furnishings and training sessions for conservation staff was entirely financed by public funds.

American donors of Friends of Fondation de France contributed to this unprecedented restoration project. Thank you for your generosity!
