The hotel, Restaurant and Culinary Arts sectors have had to profoundly re-invent themselves following the health crisis. The G&G Pélisson Foundation supports the Institut Paul Bocuse in training the managers of tomorrow in these sectors who will have to respond to these new societal challenges.

As an American donor, you can help to finance scholarships that will enable deserving and passionate young people to participate in these new challenges. You can also support research projects to meet the challenge of tasty, healthy and sustainable food for all and in all contexts, and participate in the development of the new campus of the Institut Paul Bocuse.
